Our client is a highly reputable contractor specialising in commercial streetscape, civil landscaping and public domain pavement works nationally.
With decades of industry experience, the business has grown significantly and now employs 200+ people, delivering a strong pipeline of high-profile projects.

Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to take ownership of multiple projects from award through to completion.

The Role
You will be responsible for delivering multiple projects concurrently, with a focus on program, budget, commercial performance, client relationships and project teams.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing projects from commencement through to handover
- Managing project budgets, programs, variations and forecasting
- Leading project teams and coordinating subcontractors and suppliers
- Managing client and stakeholder relationships
- Identifying and managing project risks and commercial opportunities
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently,



on time and to a high standard

About You
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager who brings:

- 5+ years' experience in project management or managing project teams
- Demonstrated experience in civil landscaping, streetscape or pavement construction
- Proven ability to deliver multiple projects concurrently
- Strong commercial acumen and financial management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- An adaptable, proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Solid leadership and organisational skills
