AYAN InfoTech is looking for .NET Developer to join an exciting project based in Melbourne. The role offers you the opportunity to contribute towards an extremely well structured and mature environment, working on sophisticated enhancement projects.

Role: .NET Developer
Location: Melbourne
Contract Duration: 6 Months with high possible extensions
Experience: 7+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide hands-on technical leadership across the design, development, maintenance, and support of enterprise applications.
- Remain close to the code, including coding, code reviews, detailed technical design, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Lead and mentor onshore and offshore development teams, driving engineering excellence and code quality uplift.
- Own technical solution design, governance, development standards, and delivery outcomes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and vendors to deliver secure, scalable, and high-quality solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement, automation and engineering best practices across the development lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Strong hands-on development experience with VB.NET, C#,



ASP.NET and SQL Server.
- Proven experience performing code reviews, technical design reviews, and developer mentoring.
- Solid software engineering background with experience building and supporting enterprise-grade applications.
- Experience with API development, application integration, and modern development practices.
- Strong understanding of application architecture, security, performance, and scalability.
- Experience with delivery tools including Git, Azure DevOps/TFS, JIRA and Confluence.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience within Financial Services, Wealth Management or Superannuation.
- Exposure to wealth platforms such as BT Panorama, HUB24, Netwealth, CFS or similar WRAP platforms.
- Familiarity with Australian regulatory and governance requirements.
- Tech-first mindset with a focus on automation and continuous improvement.
