Part Time Opportunities – 2 Weeks FT Training commencing Monday 12th October 2026

The Role

We’re looking for Part Time Security Services Officers — both experienced and entrylevel to join our supportive and inclusive team. This is a great opportunity to build confidence, develop new skills and make a real impact on guest safety in a professional 5-star environment. In this role, you’ll work across a variety of areas including our three hotels, gaming floor, event spaces, conference centre, bars and restaurants. In this role, you’ll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:

- Provide effective crowd control and security through customer‑focused service, including conflict management, emergency response, incident handling and negotiation.
- Bring an approachable, team‑minded attitude that helps create a safe, supportive and engaging work environment.
- Demonstrate strong customer service skills, with experience or a solid understanding of how to deliver exceptional guest care.





This role is a permanent Part Time position however availability to commit to 2 weeks FULL TIME training (Mon-Fri) upon commencement of employment is critical for the role (Monday 12th Oct - Friday 23rd Oct)

About you

You’ll bring the following:

- No prior security experience needed – full training provided, ability to complete two weeks of full‑time training at the start of employment is essential
- Ability to work up to 12‑hour shifts within a 24/7 rotating roster (part‑time, 2–4 shifts per week, mainly weekends).
- Must be available for an in-person interview the week commencing 14th September
- A current, valid Victorian Crowd Control Licence and Certificate II in Security Operations.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Casino Special Employee Licence (supported by us).
- Professional presentation and strong communication skills.
- Willingness to undertake a national police check, credit check and physical assessment.
