About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Dev Ops Engineer to support a major Federal Government ICT transformation and modernization program.

You will work closely with development, cloud/platform, integration and cyber security teams to build and maintain secure, resilient and highly automated application environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, build and maintain complex Azure Dev Ops CI/CD pipelines.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using ARM templates, Bicep and YAML.
- Automate deployments and operational processes using Power Shell.
- Manage development, testing and production hosting environments.
- Implement monitoring, alerting and proactive issue-resolution capabilities.
- Integrate automated testing and security controls, including SAST and DAST, into CI/CD pipelines.
- Troubleshoot complex applications across cloud and on-premises environments.
- Collaborate with developers, Cyber Security, integration teams and other technical stakeholders.
- Maintain technical documentation covering deployments, configurations and Dev Ops best practices.




- Extensive Azure Dev Ops experience, including complex pipeline design and maintenance.
- Strong CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code experience using Azure Dev Ops and/or Git Hub.
- Strong Git knowledge, including branching strategies and code reviews.
- Hands‐on Azure experience, particularly Azure App Service and related cloud services.
- Experience across major cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or GCP.
- Strong Power Shell scripting and automation capability.
- Experience with ARM templates, Bicep and YAML.
- Robust application troubleshooting skills across on-prem and cloud environments.
- Experience supporting software development, build and deployment processes.
- Exposure to cloud optimization/Fin Ops and resource right-sizing.

Highly Desirable

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Experience implementing build and deployment systems within complex enterprise environments.
- Previous experience within Federal Government or highly regulated environments.
