/n Are you fluent in Hub Spot and thrive in an organized, fast-paced environment? We're looking for a proactive and fluent English-speaking Virtual Assistant to support CRM operations, marketing campaigns, and sales activities.

About the Role:

/n This full-time role supports the daily management of Hub Spot CRM, including data entry, automation workflows, onboarding sequences, and lead tracking. You/'ll also assist with marketing efforts like email campaigns and social media scheduling, while providing administrative support to a busy executive.

Responsibilities

/n

/n

- Hub Spot CRM Management/n

/n

- Clean and maintain contact records (e.g., format phone numbers with +61)

/n

- Set up and manage pipelines, automations, and workflows

/n

- Track lead activity via forms and email interactions

/n

- Create onboarding sequences and follow-up reminders

/n

- Monitor integrations (Shopify, social, 3CX, Boss app)

/n

- Make warm calls and respond to client inquiries

/n





- Follow up with leads and track CRM tasks

/n

- Prioritize executive tasks and send reminders

/n

- Act as a proactive assistant offering updates and insights

/n /n

- Marketing Coordination/n

/n

- Assist in developing campaigns that include email, social media, and blog content

/n

- Schedule and automate EDMs, social posts, and newsletters

/n

- Monitor engagement and collaborate on improvements

- Documentation & SOPs/n

/n

- Document automation and workflow processes

/n

- Create SOPs for recurring tasks and new systems
