I'm Harriet, principal OT at Every Body Rehab. I still work clinically every week, which means I know exactly what a caseload looks like from the inside, and I built this practice specifically because the standard model wasn't working for the OTs doing the actual work.

We're small, mobile, and based in Brisbane. Everyone knows your name and your clients. The clinical work is genuinely varied and interesting.

The Role

Community-based across Brisbane: AT assessments and prescription, complex home modifications, capacity building, and FCAs. You manage your own caseload with real autonomy.

We want someone with solid NDIS experience who can hit the ground running. Not a current grad role (unless you've had real NDIS exposure). Definitely not a role where someone tracks your billable units and calls it management.

How We Work

We're a fully mobile practice, so there's no office to commute to. You work from home, or if you'd prefer a co-working setup, we'll sort that for you. Either way, you're never working in isolation — I'm a phone call away, and senior support is available through the week, not just at scheduled supervision.

Most of our OTs carry around 5–6 billable hours a day. That's a full, productive caseload, not a stretch target. The reason it feels manageable is that admin handles your scheduling and invoicing, your travel is reimbursed properly, and your notes time is protected.

When the rest of the job is set up well, the billing side tends to take care of itself.

Your diary is yours to structure. Gym at 11am, school pick-up at 3pm, put it in.

We're spread across Brisbane so we make the effort to stay connected. That looks like a coffee catch-up wherever you happen to be,



and a drink on a Friday arvo if you're up for it. No obligation, but the invitation is always open.

What We Pay

No vague ranges, no negotiating you down at offer. Here's exactly where you'd land:

NDIS Clinician (1–3 years): $90,000–$97,000
Senior OT (4–6 years): $97,000–$108,000

Lead OT / Clinical Lead (6+ years): $108,000–$115,000

Every role includes:

- Super and quarterly performance bonus
- $1,500 CPD budget plus 5 days paid CPD leave
- Conference attendance and additional PD opportunities
- Phone and laptop provided
- 99c/km travel reimbursement
- WFH or co-working setup sorted
- Birthday leave, because your actual birthday should be yours

Supervision and Growth

Weekly 1:1 formal supervision with me, plus genuine open-door support through the week. You won't be making hard clinical calls alone and wondering if anyone noticed.

There are real pathways into Senior and Clinical Lead roles. If that's where you're heading, we'll make a plan and actually follow through on it.

What We're Looking For

Current AHPRA registration and real NDIS experience across AT, home mods, or capacity building (all three is a bonus). You're comfortable working independently in the community, managing your own schedule, and you know when to pick up the phone and ask.

Valid driver's licence and NDIS Worker Screening Check required, or willing to get one sorted.

You want a clinic-based setting with no travel, need a fixed office environment to feel settled, or you're not interested in being part of a small team that's still growing into something good.
