The opportunity

This is a senior, client-facing Manager role with a clear runway to equity ownership within 2–3 years. You'll take responsibility of a growing portfolio of SME, family business and privately‐owned clients, mentor a talented team, and partner with the Director to drive the next chapter of our growth.

What you'll do

/n

/n

- Lead Advisory conversations that turn the numbers into actionable client strategy.

/n

- Hunt and win new business - you'll have real BD support and a defined target market.

/n

- Review compliance work and lift quality across the team.

/n

- Coach, mentor and grow accountants and senior accountants.

/n

- Champion our tech stack: Xero, FYI, Ignition, Fuse Sign,



Fathom, Reach, Sentrient, Microsoft 365/Copilot.

What you'll bring

- CA or CPA qualified.

/n

- 8+ years in Australian public practice.

/n

- Robust tax and business services foundation with a passion for advisory.

/n

- An outgoing, people‐first personality - you energise the room.

/n

- Proven leadership and a genuine appetite for business development.
