MACA Infrastructure are seeking a Grader Operator to join our team based in Mt Evelyn, maintaining the Yarra Ranges. The position will be responsible for achieving set targets in a safe and timely manner with the plant they have been assessed as competent in operating.

Responsibilities will include:

/n

/n

- Carry out pre-start checks to ensure the machine is safe to operate.

/n

- Operate plant in an efficient and effective manner in order to achieve the shift production targets.

/n

- Report any faults and defects of plant immediately to the Supervisor.

/n

- Report all hazards, incidents, near misses and accidents immediately to the Supervisor.

/n

- Carry out any other tasks as directed by the Supervisor.

/n

- Maintain a clean and safe working setting.

/n





- Actively participate and contribute to the continuous improvement and innovation of MACA work practices.

We are looking for:

/n

/n

- Experience operating Komatsu Graders and freeroll Roller

/n

- Minimum 5 years' experience completing maintenance grading on unsealed council roads

/n

- HR license

/n

- Familiarity with or local to the Yarra Ranges Shire

/n

- Commitment to safety in the workplace

/n

- Construction white card

/n/n
