About the role

Mater Private Hospital Gold Coast have multiple opportunities for enthusiastic Registered Nurses to provide roster relief on a permanent or casual basis. This an excellent opportunity for RN's to be exposed to different areas within our private hospital and gain valuable experience.

Salary range: $44.06 - $56.52 per hour and +

What you'll be doing

Whilst displaying the highest level of clinical standards for the unit you will be responsible for:

- Implementing strategies to ensure that quality and risk management are integrated into service provision
- Maintaining current knowledge and skills to ensure continued professional growth
- Working with and supporting colleagues within a highly effective skilled team environment
- Demonstrating clinical skills and knowledge in the care of both medical and surgical patients

About you

- Current AHPRA registration (without restriction)
- Minimum 12 months post graduate nursing/midwifery experience
- Flexibility to perform in various wards, adaptability to seamlessly integrate in to different teams and work under different NUMs
- Commitment to excellence in nursing practice and professional development
- Demonstrated ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team
- Display excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills and proven ability to use health information systems
