About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Shutdown Planner / Scheduler to support Brine Concentrator operations, with a key focus on developing a structured 5-year shutdown strategy and integrated schedule.

This role will be responsible for bringing together SAP maintenance data, shutdown plans, resource requirements and long-term budgets into a practical and repeatable shutdown framework.

You'll work closely with operations, maintenance, engineering and reliability teams to improve shutdown readiness and planning maturity, while challenging existing plans where required and bringing greater structure to the overall shutdown process.

Solid SAP and Primavera P6 experience is essential, along with a solid background in shutdown planning and scheduling within heavy industry or processing plant environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop a 5-year shutdown master plan and strategy
- Build integrated Level 2-3 shutdown schedules in Primavera P6
- Align SAP maintenance plans, work orders and master data with shutdown schedules
- Integrate statutory, preventative, corrective and campaign maintenance into a structured annual shutdown cycle
- Identify critical path activities, risks, constraints and resource requirements
- Support long-term budget planning and improve cost visibility
- Align shutdown planning with resource requirements and long-term budgets
- Work closely with operations, maintenance, engineering and reliability teams




- Improve shutdown readiness and overall planning maturity
- Challenge existing plans where required
- Develop a practical and repeatable shutdown framework for the business

About You
- Strong experience in shutdown planning and scheduling
- Background within heavy industry or processing plants
- Strong SAP experience
- Strong Primavera P6 experience
- Experience developing integrated Level 2-3 shutdown schedules
- Understanding of SAP maintenance plans, work orders and master data
- Ability to identify critical paths, risks, constraints and resource requirements
- Experience supporting longer-term shutdown and budget planning
- Strong stakeholder engagement capability across operations, maintenance, engineering and reliability teams
- Ability to bring structure to complex planning processes and challenge existing plans where required
