A well-established residential builder is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee end-of-job maintenance, gapping work, and aftercare across single-storey homes SOR. This role focuses on the 6-month warranty period, coordinating trades, managing client communication and ensuring maintenance items are completed efficiently and to builder standards.

What you’ll be doing

- Coordinate maintenance works across completed homes
- Manage 6-month warranty inspections, follow-ups and rectification scheduling
- Complete and oversee gapping work and minor defect checks
- Conduct site visits, assess issues and organise trades
- Maintain accurate job notes, documentation and workflow updates
- Liaise with clients, trades and internal teams to keep aftercare running smoothly





What you’ll bring
- Experience in residential maintenance, supervision or trade coordination
- Robust communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to manage multiple jobs and competing priorities
- Solid understanding of single-storey residential construction
- Reliable, organised and confident working independently
