Your Day
- Managing a small team, you will be responsible for the agency operation along with training and mentoring consultants to achieve their potential.
- As a hands-on manager in this boutique retail travel agency, you'll also be responsible for handling a variety of walk-in phone and email enquiries from clients
- Specialising in cruise holidays, you'll book a range of cruiselines and destinations around the world,
- You'll enjoy making long term relationships with repeat and referral clients

The Must Haves
- Previous travel consulting experience preferably specialising in cruise - retail or wholesale
- Team Leader or Assistant Team Leader experience a must
- Personal cruise experience
- Proven ability to meet sales targets
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to work a 7- day rotating roster.
