Forklift Driver / Yard Worker / General Hand

$35.96/hr + Super | Monday-Friday | 5:00am-1:00pm | Immediate Start

Our client is a busy steel galvanising company looking for reliable and hardworking Forklift Drivers / Yard Workers / General Hands to join their team. Multiple positions are available, with the prospect for long-term work for the right candidates.

If you enjoy working outdoors, operating a forklift and staying active throughout the day, this could be the role for you!

What's on offer

- $35.96 per hour + Super - paid weekly
- Monday-Friday, 5:00am-1:00pm
- Immediate start available
- Potential for long-term placement
- Consistent Monday-Friday hours

What you'll be doing
- Operating forklifts to load and unload steel products
- Moving and positioning steel products around the yard
- Assisting with the preparation of steel for galvanising
- Supporting production staff with day-to-day operations
- Operating basic tools and equipment
- General yard duties and housekeeping
- Following all workplace health and safety procedures





What we're looking for
- Valid Forklift Licence (LF)
- Previous forklift, labouring, yard or factory experience
- Comfortable working in a physically demanding, hands-on environment
- Reliable transport and a strong attendance record
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow safety procedures and work as part of a team
