Detailed Job Description:
- Competitive salary
- High-end property development
- Sydney CBD | Fully office-based
What makes this company unique?
- This is property at the top end of the market, with a portfolio spanning premium residential and landmark developments
- Quality and design sit at the heart of what they do, with no detail considered too small
- You'll work alongside an ambitious Executive Leadership Team with an impressive network across Sydney's property landscape
- There's always something happening, from new acquisitions and major developments to high-level client meetings and events
- The office is every bit as impressive as the work they deliver - beautifully designed, polished, and a great place to come to each day
- You'll have genuine visibility across the business, sitting close to the conversations and decisions shaping what happens next
- Great EAs are highly valued here; they want someone who can become a true extension of the leadership team
What is unique about you?
- You have a robust sense of how a senior leadership team operates and know how to work effectively across different personalities and working styles
- You're naturally resourceful - when something lands on your desk, you'll find the answer, the person, or the solution
- You're someone who closes the loop; nothing sits half-finished or disappears into an inbox
- You remember the details; the conversation from three weeks ago, the commitment that was made and what still needs to happen
- You're curious about the business and want to understand the deals, projects, and decisions happening around you
- You're the kind of EA who makes things feel easier, not because the workload is light, but because you know how to handle it
A snapshot of your role…
- Own complex and ever-changing diaries across members of the Executive Leadership Team
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, creating detailed itineraries and managing changes seamlessly
- Manage high-level meetings, appointments, and stakeholder engagements, keeping executives prepared and on track
- Liaise with investors, clients, developers, and senior contacts as an extension of the ELT
- Stay across priorities, deadlines, and follow-ups, anticipating what needs attention before it's asked for
- Support leadership projects, events, and occasional personal matters, stepping in wherever the ELT needs you
