We are working with a well established, family run residential builder who are looking for an experienced Estimator to join their team.

This role would suit someone with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in residential estimating who is looking to take on a broader role across both sales and production estimating.

The Role

- Preparing sales estimates and costings
- Reviewing plans, specifications and client requirements
- Preparing quotes, variations and tender documentation
- Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing
- Supporting the sales team with pricing and product queries
- Updating and maintaining pricing information
- Working closely with internal teams throughout the pre-construction process
- Salary up to $120K + Super (depending on experience)

About You




- Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential estimating
- Experience within project or volume home building would be highly regarded
- Able to read and interpret residential plans and specifications
- Robust attention to detail and numerical skills
- Comfortable working across multiple projects and deadlines
- Good communication skills and able to work closely with Sales, Estimating and Construction teams

This role requires experience in estimating with a residential builder in Australia. Additional training will be provided for the right candidate.
