About the Role

As a Retail & Visitor Experience Team Member, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer experiences while supporting retail operations, visitor engagement activities, and onsite events. Working with limited supervision, you will be responsible for ensuring every guest enjoys a welcoming, informative, and memorable visit.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service and create positive experiences for all visitors.
- Assist with retail sales, ticket sales, merchandise displays, and point-of-sale transactions.
- Deliver engaging and informative distillery tours and product experiences.
- Support bar service operations while ensuring responsible service practices are followed.
- Assist in the planning and delivery of onsite events and visitor activities.
- Build strong relationships with guests through product knowledge and brand storytelling.
- Maintain high presentation standards throughout retail and visitor areas.
- Contribute to achieving retail sales, visitation, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Follow all workplace health, safety, and compliance requirements.
- Support general site upkeep, cleaning, and day-to-day operational tasks.

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, tourism, hospitality, or customer-facing environments.
- Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a confident and engaging personality.
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and build positive customer relationships.
- Experience operating point-of-sale systems and handling retail transactions.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining presentation standards.
- An interest in brand storytelling, customer engagement, and learning new product knowledge.
