We are partnering with an established and growing financial planning firm based in Brisbane's southern suburbs. This is an opportunity for an experienced Client Service Officer to join a supportive advice team and take ownership of client implementation and service.
You'll work closely with advisers and clients across superannuation, investments and insurance, while contributing to a high-quality client experience.
Duties include:
- Coordinate end-to-end implementation of financial advice
- Manage superannuation, investment and platform transactions
- Assist with insurance applications and servicing
- Manage client workflows and tasks through Xplan
- Maintain accurate documentation, records and compliance requirements
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years' financial planning CSO experience
- Solid working knowledge of Xplan is essential
- Experience with multiple investment and super platforms
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Professional communication and client service skills
