Customer Service Representative| $42.06/hr | Lytton,QLD | 4-Month Contract | Monday-Friday | Work From Home 2 Days Per Week

Fuse Recruitment is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join a leading Australian food manufacturing business in Lytton. You'll support customers, process orders, respond to enquiries and provide administration across the Customer Service and Business Development teams while liaising with operations and logistics.

About You & Responsibilities

- Manage customer enquiries via phone and email, providing timely and professional support
- Complete daily customer call cycles and accurately process orders
- Provide product information and identify opportunities to upsell suitable products
- Support the wider Customer Service and Business Development teams with administration
- Liaise with customers, operations and logistics teams to coordinate customer requirements
- Process payment credits, update customer accounts and assist with reconciling discrepancies
- Maintain accurate customer and order records
- Utilise Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams
- Demonstrate strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills




- Previous customer service or administration experience required
- Experience within food manufacturing or FMCG is highly regarded

What's on Offer?
- $42.06/hr casual
- Monday-Friday, approximately 7:30am-4:30pm
- Flexible start times available, with 8:00am the latest start
- Work from home 2 days per week
- 4-month temporary contract

Additional Information
This is a 4-month temporary contract providing cover for an internal secondment. The role is based in a busy food manufacturing and distribution setting in Lytton.
Team members are required to be onsite every Wednesday, with the flexibility to work from home on two other days per week.
