We’re working with a well established residential builder seeking a qualified carpenter to join their team, with a explicit pathway into a Site Supervisor role within the volume homes space.

You’ll gain exposure across all areas of the business, learning how each department operates while being mentored by highly experienced industry professionals.

This role will be office based, Monday - Friday, providing a strong foundation before progressing into site further down the line.

About the role

- Working under the maintenance manager, you will assess and document maintenance and warranty issues for residential homes
- Prepare reports and communicate findings to clients, trades, and internal teams
- Liaise with subcontractors and coordinate repair or maintenance

Skills required

- Cert III in Carpentry is ESSENTIAL
- Cert IV beneficial
- Excellent communication skills
- Willing to progress in the industry with a genuine interest in residential construction

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is starting their career in construction after completing their apprenticeship.
