The Opportunity: Our client is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead their Wetherill Park store. You’ll have full responsibility for the store’s performance, with a strong focus on sales, people leadership, customer experience and operational excellence.

This is a permanent opportunity with an immediate start available.

Roster: Tuesday to Saturday

What You’ll Be Responsible For

- Take full P&L; responsibility for a high turnover store
- Drive sales performance and achieve key financial targets
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing retail team
- Build a positive, accountable and customer-focused store culture
- Manage stock, inventory and merchandising standards
- Maintain high standards of visual presentation and store operations
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience




- Identify opportunities to improve store performance and maximise results

What They’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Store Manager within a retail environment
- Experience managing a high-volume store is highly desirable
- A strong track record of achieving sales and financial targets
- Confident people leadership, coaching and team development skills
- Solid commercial and operational understanding
- Experience across stock management, merchandising and visual presentation
- A customer-first approach with the ability to build a strong store culture
- Experience with retail POS and inventory management systems

Salary & Perks
- $70,000 + superannuation
- Permanent position
- Tuesday to Saturday roster
