Troocoo Healthcare is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse NG6 for an exciting rural and remote contract commencing in August 2026.

This is a fantastic prospect for an experienced senior nurse who enjoys working across a broad scope of practice in a rural setting and is confident providing high quality patient care with a high level of autonomy.

Contract Details

- Boulia, Queensland
- Start Date: 07 September 2026
- Contract Until: 2 October 2026
- Travel and accommodation provided (where applicable)

About the Role:

Working within a rural healthcare setting, you'll deliver safe, patient centred care across a variety of clinical areas. This role is best suited to experienced clinicians who thrive in diverse environments and are confident working independently.

Essential Requirements To be considered, you must have:

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Current experience at Nurse Grade 6
- Extensive experience in:

- Acute Care
- Emergency Department
- Aged Care
- Current competency in:

- Triage
- IV Cannulation
- Advanced Life Support
- Paediatric Advanced Life Support
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills




- Experience working in rural and remote healthcare is highly regarded

Please note: This opportunity is suitable for experienced Senior Registered Nurses (NG6) only. Applications from junior Registered Nurses will not be considered.
