The Supplier Governance Office is responsible for embedding Macquarie's Service Provider Risk Management Framework across the Business and Market Services divisions within the Corporate Operations Group. Working closely with relationship managers, risk specialists and business stakeholders, the team helps identify, assess and manage risks associated with external service providers, supporting effective governance and risk management across the organisation.

As a Supplier Governance Analyst, you will support the implementation of Macquarie's Service Provider Risk Management Framework and help ensure supplier relationships are managed in line with governance requirements. You will work closely with stakeholders across risk, sourcing and business teams to support supplier onboarding, due diligence activities, reporting and ongoing monitoring. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional looking to build experience in governance, risk management and financial services.

What you offer

- 1-2 years' experience in risk management, governance, compliance, audit, finance, legal or a related discipline, with a strong interest in developing a career in financial services
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,



with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to interpret and communicate information clearly
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships with a broad range of stakeholders
- Experience using artificial intelligence, automation tools or technology solutions to improve processes, efficiency or delivery outcomes
- The ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team workplace and managing multiple priorities successfully.
