About the role

Temporary part time opportunity to contribute to the coordination of educational programs and resources, including the Nursing Transition Support Program, ensuring a smooth integration of nurses into clinical practice.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

- Provide leadership within a legal, professional and ethical framework that ensures contemporary consumer/person centred care and staff management practices.
- Integrate nursing and healthcare knowledge, skills and ability by supporting an evidence-based learning environment and participating in learning activities/opportunities for self and others.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop, implement, monitor, deliver and evaluate education programs, ensuring alignment with the strategic priorities of Metro North Health Nursing and Midwifery.
- Facilitate the delivery of cost-effective quality consumer/person focused care through the development,



implementation and maintenance of education and professional development programs and activities for nursing.
