The Role

An exciting opportunity exists for experienced Senior Solution Designers to join a major transformation program. Working as an End-to-End Solution Designer, you will collaborate closely with architects, platform leads, product owners and delivery teams to create cohesive solution designs that align business objectives with technical outcomes.

You will drive solution integrity across the full lifecycle, ensuring business needs are translated into practical, scalable and secure solutions while supporting successful program delivery.

Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end solution design across multiple delivery streams
- Partner with architects, platform leads, product managers and agile squads
- Produce solution designs, technical artefacts and supporting user stories
- Evaluate solution options aligned to current and future state architecture
- Ensure solutions align to business objectives, governance and delivery goals
- Support teams in resolving technical impediments and delivery challenges




- Drive continuous improvement and solution optimisation initiatives
- Collaborate across engineering, operations, security and data teams
- Champion API-first, cloud-first and secure-by-design principles
- Maintain solution integrity through implementation and post-deployment validation

What Our Client Requires

Essential Experience

- 10+ years designing enterprise-scale technology solutions
- Strong experience across cloud, integration, digital, security and data domains
- Hands-on experience with technologies such as Microsoft Azure, Dynamics 365, OutSystems, Databricks, Boomi and event-driven integration
- Strong understanding of Service-Oriented Architecture and SOAP/REST implementation patterns
- Experience driving solution architecture within large transformation programs
- Ability to negotiate and manage complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders
- Robust analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into practical delivery outcomes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proven ability to solve business challenges through innovative technology solutions

Highly Regarded
- Knowledge of AI/ML and Robotic Process Automation
- Experience modernising legacy platforms
- API-first, cloud-first and secure-by-design architecture expertise
- Government or highly regulated environment experience
