We are currently seeking experienced Underground Superintendents to join our Western Australian operations. This is an opportunity to lead underground mining teams across established operations, driving safe, productive and efficient mining performance while supporting the development of high-performing crews and supervisors.

Reporting to the Project Manager, the Underground Superintendent will provide leadership and direction to underground operations, ensuring mining activities are conducted safely, efficiently and in compliance with all legislative and company requirements. The role will oversee Shift Supervisors and underground crews while driving continuous improvement in safety, productivity, workforce performance and operational outcomes.

What You'll Bring

- Relevant Trade Qualification (Australian Recognised)

- Current Manual Driver's Licence

- Unrestricted Australian working rights

- Current First Aid Certificate.

- Current S26 certificate (or equivalent statutory qualification)

- Extensive underground mining experience (including leadership within underground hard rock operations)

- Experience in a Superintendent, Senior Supervisor, or equivalent leadership role (preferred)

- Comprehensive knowledge of underground mining legislation, statutory obligations, and compliance requirements.

- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams in challenging operational environments.

- Ability to meet pre-employment requirements including medical assessment, National Police Clearance, and drug and alcohol screening.
