Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Drafting correspondence, court documents, and briefs
- Managing files, updating matter progress, and maintaining accurate records
- Liaising with clients, medical providers, insurers, and counsel
- Preparing evidence bundles, chronologies, and discovery material
- Assisting solicitors with matter preparation, negotiations, and settlement tasks
- Coordinating appointments, medico‑legal assessments, and follow‑ups
- General administrative and practice support as required

About You





- Must have experience in personal injury (ideally 1-2 years)
- Available on a full-time basis
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
- Confident client communication skills and a professional manner
- Ability to work collaboratively within a close‑knit team
- Proactive, reliable, and committed to delivering high‑quality work
