About the role

You’ll be working alongside one of Australia’s biggest YouTube creators, supporting the team with the day-to-day tasks that keep a busy creative business running smoothly.

This is a varied administrative and assistant role, providing day-to-day support to the team and helping keep things organised and running smoothly. We’re looking for someone reliable, proactive and happy to take care of the many small tasks that come up throughout the day — from organising supplies and printing materials to running errands, making collections and helping with general administration.

As part of the role, you’ll also have the opportunity to get involved behind the scenes in our productions and shoots. This might include helping prepare for a shoot, organising props, assisting with equipment or lighting, or acting as a stand-in while shots are being set up.

For someone interested in film, television, media or content creation, it’s a great opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to a professional production setting while working in a practical assistant role.

Key responsibilities

- Helping out onset

- Helping prepare everything needed for upcoming shoots

- Assisting the team before, during and after shoots

- Helping the team with general day-to-day tasks

- Preparing and printing documents, scripts or materials when needed

- Helping organise props, equipment and storage areas

- Sourcing and ordering props, supplies or other items

- Running general errands and making collections

- Helping keep the studio and work areas organised

- Receiving and organising deliveries

About you

- Reliable, proactive, practical and easy to work with

- Has an interest in film, television, YouTube, media or content production

- Organised and good at following through on tasks





- Comfortable taking direction and asking questions when needed

- Happy doing the small jobs as well as getting involved on shoot days

- Positive attitude and willing to get stuck in

- Punctual and dependable

- Comfortable working as part of a small team

- Flexible, as the type of work may vary depending on what is happening that week

- A driver's licence and access to a car is a must as the role occasionally involves collecting props, supplies or other items
