Qualifications & experience
- Strong mechanical, electrical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a service schedule effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Proven experience as a field service technician preferred but not required, Light vehicle applicants will receive training to upskill into the field service technician role
Tasks & responsibilities
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, providing productive and effective solutions
- Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Maintain detailed service records and provide clear communication to customers regarding repairs and service needs.
- Uphold our company’s commitment to excellent customer service by building strong relationships with our clients.
- Conduct on-site repairs and maintenance of forklifts and other material handling equipment across various brands.
