Accurate Plumbing Vic is seeking expressions of interest from a highly experienced Simpro specialist to join our growing leadership team as Business Systems & Performance Manager.

Advanced Simpro expertise is the number-one requirement for this position.

We are looking for someone with an exceptional understanding of Simpro Enterprise and Simpro Multi-Company environments who knows how to get significantly more from the platform than basic administration.

This role requires someone who can understand how a complex construction business operates, translate those requirements into Simpro, and build systems that improve productivity, visibility, accountability and profitability.

You will work directly with our Directors and Management Team to take ownership of our business systems, reporting, automation, AI implementation and continuous improvement.

The Role

As Business Systems & Performance Manager, you will become the internal Simpro expert and business systems leader across the company.

Simpro – Core Responsibility

We are specifically looking for someone with high-level, hands-on Simpro expertise, including:

- Advanced management and optimisation of Simpro Enterprise.

- Proven experience working within Simpro Multi-Company environments.

- Extensive experience designing, creating and maintaining Simpro Pre-Builds – essential.

- Advanced understanding of Simpro workflows from estimating through to project completion.

- Job costing, labour and material tracking.

- Purchasing and procurement workflows.

- Project and cost centre structures.

- Variations and project financial controls.

- Reporting and dashboard development.

- Workflow design and process automation.

- Data integrity and system governance.

- Integration of Simpro with other business platforms.

- Identifying underutilised Simpro functionality and implementing improvements.

- Training and supporting staff to use Simpro correctly and consistently.

This is not a basic Simpro administration role.

We need someone capable of reviewing how we currently use Simpro, identifying gaps and inefficiencies, and developing a best-practice Simpro environment capable of supporting a growing multi-company construction business.

Business Systems & Improvement

Beyond Simpro, you will work across the business to:

- Review and improve operational workflows.

- Build scalable business processes.

- Reduce unnecessary administration.





- Improve data quality and consistency.

- Develop system integrations.

- Automate repetitive processes.

- Improve communication between estimating, projects, finance and management.

- Identify opportunities to improve productivity and profitability.

AI & Innovation

You will help lead the implementation of AI and emerging technology across the business, including:

- ChatGPT.

- Microsoft Copilot.

- AI workflow automation.

- Microsoft Power Platform.

- Automated reporting and administration.

- Integration of AI with existing business processes.

You will identify practical opportunities where technology can save time, improve accuracy and provide better information to our teams.

Reporting & Business Performance

Working directly with the Directors and Senior Management Team, you will help develop the company's business intelligence capability.

This will include:

- Company-wide KPIs.

- Live management dashboards.

- Project profitability reporting.

- Labour productivity.

- Estimating performance and accuracy.

- Plant and equipment utilisation.

- Procurement performance.

- Operational performance reporting.

- Executive-level management reporting.

The goal is simple: give our leadership team accurate, live information that allows us to make better and faster decisions.

Contracts & Project Support

The role will also support our project teams with:

- Contract administration.

- Procurement.

- Project documentation.

- Variations.

- Cost tracking.

- Client reporting.

- Project controls.

About You
Essential

To be considered for this position, you should have:

- Expert-level Simpro Enterprise knowledge.

- Strong hands-on Simpro Multi-Company experience.

- Extensive experience building and managing Simpro Pre-Builds.

- A demonstrated ability to improve and optimise Simpro within a real operating business.

- Strong understanding of job costing and project financial reporting.

- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.

- Solid reporting and analytical capability.

- Excellent organisational and communication skills.

- Exceptional attention to detail.

Highly Regarded

Experience with any of the following will be highly regarded:

- Power BI.

- Microsoft Power Platform.

- ChatGPT and AI implementation.





- Microsoft Copilot.

- Workflow automation.

- Construction ERP systems.

- Commercial construction.

- Civil construction.

- Plumbing or hydraulic services.
