About the role and where you will be working:

One of SCCWA’s founding aged care homes, Villa Pelletier, is centrally located in the leafy, well established suburb of West Leederville in the Town of Cambridge.

Villa Pelletier provides accommodation and support to 40 residents and encompasses design features that are particularly beneficial to residents with mobility challenges. These include wide hallways and nurse call buttons located in every bedroom, bathroom, and throughout the home.

As one of our Registered Nurses, you'll be expected to lead small clinical teams that provide high standards of person centered care to all our residents. This is a fantastic opportunity for those looking to improve both their clinical and leadership skills.

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to work on a casual basis. Candidates are preferred to be available at least 3x days per week for a mixture of Morning and Afternoon shifts.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Supervise and direct the delivery of client focused care delivered by staff
- Assess the total health needs of clients and document results thoroughly.
- Develop individual care plans in consult with clients and significant others
- Comply with all relevant legislation and policies.
- Uphold the organization's values and principles in all areas of service delivery.

About you:

As a Registered Nurse, you'll hold a valid AHPRA registration and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You'll be detail oriented and can work well in both a team environment and independently.



You can apply your clinical knowledge to any given situation and achieve quality client outcomes. Experience in Aged Care is ideal, but not necessary. Most importantly, you'll have a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of our residents.

To be considered for this role, you’ll need:

- A valid AHPRA registration
- An understanding of Commonwealth Aged Care standards & Quality of Care principles
- Good knowledge of AN ACC requirements
- Proven ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
