About the Role

We are seeking a friendly, organised, and customer-focused individual to join our team as the face of our showroom. This is a wide-ranging role combining reception, administration, and operational support within a meaningful and rewarding sector.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring our clients receive timely, professional, and compassionate service while supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the business.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome clients and visitors to the showroom, providing exceptional first impressions

- Answer and manage incoming phone calls and emails

- Process purchase orders (including funding bodies) and coordinate deliveries

- Provide general administrative support to the team

- Assist with showroom presentation, stock levels, and pricing updates

- Coordinate scheduling for programs (including DVA services)

- Prepare quotes for ramps and home modifications

- Demonstrate equipment to customers and Allied Health professionals

- Support training days and community engagement activities

About You





You are a proactive and reliable team player who thrives in a customer-facing role. You bring warmth, professionalism, and a genuine desire to help others.

You will have:

- Experience in customer service and administration

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

- Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and learning new systems

- A positive attitude and ability to multitask in a busy environment

- A genuine respect for people, particularly those with disabilities and the elderly

Requirements

- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)

- Completion of NDIS Orientation Module

- Current Australian Driver’s Licence (manual preferred)

- Willingness to receive annual influenza vaccination (provided)

- COVID-19 vaccination encouraged (provided)
