Take your customer service experience into the office!

We’re excited to be partnering with a successful Australian-owned company that proudly produces Australian-made products. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join their friendly, rapid-paced team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with customer service experience who is ready to move into an office-based environment. Whether your background is in retail, hospitality, front-of-house, call centre or another customer-facing role, you’ll bring the people skills and positive attitude needed to succeed.

The Appointment
You’ll be a key point of contact for customers, providing friendly and professional service while ensuring their requests are handled efficiently.
No two days will be the same. You’ll answer inbound calls and emails, process orders, follow up customers and work closely with the internal sales, warehouse and dispatch teams to keep everything running smoothly.

You’ll love doing the following:

- Being the friendly and reliable go-to person for customers.
- Processing customer orders accurately and within required timeframes.




- Building strong relationships with an established customer base.
- Learning new products, systems and processes.

The Appointee

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

- Previous customer service experience - retail, hospitality, call centre, front-of-house or similar is welcomed.
- An exceptional phone manner and confidence dealing with different personalities.
- The ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A team-focused approach and willingness to work collaboratively.
