Elite Importers are a well-established National Tile and Mosaic Wholesaler operating across the whole of Australia. We are a small, hardworking, fun and dedicated team looking to build our business with a group of like-minded individuals.

In this role you will get to:

- Provide industry leading service with a company that focuses on client satisfaction

- Deal with Tile retail outlets and resellers across Australia over the phone

- Assist client with all product & order enquiries via email & telephone

- Accurate data entry including - purchase order entry, updating customer details,



tracking order & stock movements

- Assist the National sales team with all product & customer requests

- Make sales & marketing calls to clients

- Assist & work collaboratively with marketing, sales & accounts with the opportunity for career pathway into these departments.

It is expected you will:

- Excellent verbal & written communication skills

- Have a close eye for detail allowing you to provide efficient solutions to all Elite customers

- Have intermediate computer skills

- Be proactive in problem solving

- Strong team player
