The Role

We are seeking a proactive and reliable individual with a positive "can-do" attitude to join our team in Reynella.

This is a unique and varied role that would suit someone who enjoys working outdoors, taking initiative, and getting involved in a wide range of tasks. No two days are the same, and you'll play an important part in supporting the day-to-day operations of the site.

Your duties may include:

- General yard maintenance and housekeeping

- Gardening, mowing, whipper snipping, and site grounds maintenance

- Assisting with landfill and waste management operations

- Operating the weighbridge and processing customer transactions

- Providing friendly customer service and directing customers around the site

- Operating plant and equipment

- Performing general labouring and odd jobs as required

- Assisting with basic repairs, maintenance, and site improvements

- Supporting the wider team with day-to-day operational requirements

To Be Successful You Will Need:

- A strong commitment to working safely

- A positive attitude and willingness to learn

- The ability to work independently and as part of a small team

- Valuable communication and customer service skills

- The ability to think outside the square and solve problems

- A practical, hands-on approach to work

- The ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities

- A willingness to undertake a broad range of duties





Experience operating plant and equipment is highly regarded but not essential, as training can be provided for the right candidate.

A HR Licence is preferred but not essential.

Hours of Work

The standard hours are 7:00am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday. While some flexibility may be available, candidates must be able to commence work at 7:00am.
