You're an experienced automotive technician who takes pride in delivering quality work and exceptional customer service. You'll diagnose and resolve mechanical issues, service and maintain a wide range of vehicles, and contribute to a positive, respectful, organised, and productive workshop culture.

You'll bring

- 5+ years of automotive workshop experience

- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills

- A genuine commitment to quality workmanship

- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities

- Proven leadership skills and top mechanical skills is a must

- A proactive, positive and self-motivated approach to your work

- Confidence working independently and as part of a team

- A current driver's licence

- Full Australian working rights

- Availability Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturdays

What You'll be doing

- Service, maintain and repair a wide range of vehicles

- Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues efficiently

- Deliver high-quality workmanship every time





- Complete job cards and workshop documentation accurately

- Follow manufacturer and warranty processes

- Mentor junior staff and support their development

- Provide excellent customer service and assist at the front desk when needed

- Help maintain a safe, positive, organised and productive workshop environment

- Contribute to a positive respectful team culture and high-performance standards
