Highly Desirable

Experience with:

- Queensland Government funded training contracts and audits

- Trades Recognition Australia (TRA)

- Commonwealth Government contracts

About CTA

CTA Training Specialists is an established Registered Training Organisation delivering vocational education and training across government-funded, commercial and industry-based programs, as well as Commonwealth contracted assessment services.

As our government and contractual portfolio continues to grow, we are strengthening our compliance capability to support quality delivery and sustainable growth.

The Opportunity

This is not simply a file-checking compliance position. We are looking for someone who can understand the requirement, identify the risk, develop the solution and ensure it is implemented.

You will work closely with senior management and have genuine ownership of CTA's compliance and contract management framework.

To apply, please submit your resume and a cover letter outlining your experience with RTO compliance, government-funded training, contract management and audit preparation.
