Join a Safety-First Manufacturing Team

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Forklift Operator / Production Worker to join our growing manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a quick-paced environment, values safety above all else, and wants to develop their skills within a specialised production operation.

This role offers a mix of forklift operation, production support, warehouse duties, and the opportunity to be trained in operating manufacturing equipment and production machinery.

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

- Safe operation of forklifts for loading, unloading and movement of products and raw materials.

- Supporting daily manufacturing and production activities.

- Picking, packing and preparing orders for dispatch.

- Conducting pre-start equipment inspections.

- Maintaining housekeeping and workplace cleanliness standards.

- Assisting with stock movements and inventory control.

- Following Safe Work Procedures and company safety requirements.

- Working collaboratively with production and warehouse teams.

- Learning and operating production machinery following training and competency assessment.

- Identifying and reporting hazards, incidents and improvement opportunities.

To be successful in this role, you MUST possess the following:

- Hold a current LF Forklift Licence.

- Have experience working in a manufacturing,



chemical, warehousing or production environment.

- Can work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced workplace.

- Demonstrate a strong commitment to workplace safety.

- Take pride in following procedures and maintaining quality standards.

- Are physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks.

- Have strong attention to detail and a positive team attitude.

- Are dependable, punctual and willing to learn new skills.

The following experience will be advantageous:

- Previous exposure to chemicals, dangerous goods or hazardous substances.

- Experience operating batching, filling, packaging or manufacturing equipment.

- Experience working within an ISO-certified or highly regulated production environment.

- HR Licence or other mobile plant licences.

- Chemical manufacturing, water treatment, industrial processing or production experience.
