Absolute Disability Care (ADC) Pty Ltd is a registered NDIS provider committed to delivering high-quality, safe, and person-centred disability support services across Queensland. We support children, adults, and older people living with physical disabilities, psychosocial disabilities, and mental health conditions.

ADC operates Supported Independent Living (SIL), community access, and in-home support services, delivered 24/7 by experienced and dedicated support workers. Key responsibilities
- Assist participants with personal care and daily living tasks
- Support participants to attend appointments and access the community
- Encourage skill development, independence, and community participation
- Implement individualised support and care plans
- Respond appropriately to challenging behaviours (where applicable)
- Maintain accurate shift notes, progress notes, and incident documentation
- Follow NDIS Practice Standards, ADC policies, and procedures
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and Behaviour Support Practitioners
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and housekeeping
- Support participants in SIL and supported accommodation environments, including overnight and active night shifts
About you
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or equivalent (preferred)
- Experience working with people with disability, particularly psychosocial disability or complex needs (desirable)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach
- Adaptable, resilient, and adaptable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience assisting clients with medication
