We are seeking a Sales Administrator to join the team!

What you'll be doing?
- Processing customer orders — Handling customer orders accurately and efficiently, including preparation of quotations, sales orders, invoices, and credit notes.
- Maintaining customer and pricing records — Keeping customer information and pricing data up to date within the ERP and CRM systems to ensure accuracy across all transactions.
- Coordinating with warehouse and logistics — Working closely with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure on-time deliveries and proactively communicating updates on back orders to customers and the sales team.
- Responding to customer enquiries — Addressing customer queries relating to orders, pricing, stock availability, and delivery status in a professional and timely manner.
- Supporting the sales team — Preparing reports, sales data, and documentation to support the broader sales function and contribute to monthly sales reporting.
- Coordinating with purchasing — Liaising with the purchasing team to ensure product availability aligns with customer demand and sales commitments.
- Managing after-sales support — Assisting with returns, warranty claims, and customer after-sales service to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Maintaining product information — Keeping product information, price lists, and promotional materials accurate and current.
- Collaborating with finance — Working with the finance team to resolve invoicing and payment issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Performing general administration — Supporting the sales department with a range of administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly and in compliance with company policies.
Who are we looking for?
- Sales administration experience — Previous experience in a sales administration, sales support, customer service, or internal sales role will be highly valued in this position.
- Communication skills — Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with a professional and personable approach to customer and stakeholder interactions.
- Organisational ability — Strong organisational skills and a keen attention to detail,
with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Computer proficiency — Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, along with the ability to work within ERP and CRM systems.
- Team player with initiative — A collaborative, positive attitude combined with the ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
- Willingness to learn — An openness to on-the-job training and a genuine enthusiasm for developing skills in sales operations and the renewable energy sector.
