Have you had previous retail management experience?

We are seeking an experienced retail manager to work in our Erina store. You'll be involved in all aspects of managing a retail toy store, coaching and leading a team of staff, and interacting with customers on a daily basis. Working closely with head office and your team of trusted staff, your role as a key member of the team, will be ensuring the smooth running of the store and bringing smiles to children and adults alike. Your role will include:

- key holder - opening and closing procedures

- daily team delegation and motivation





- team building

- inventory management

- integrated involvement with head office

- administration, rostering and banking

- exceptional customer service

- register operations and cash handling

- creative merchandising + store upkeep

- stock handling

- fulfilment of weekly training courses

- learning about toys, games and hobbies

- overseeing operations in the Christmas Warehouse

What makes you an ideal candidate?

- Minimum 5 day availability required (Ideally Tuesday- Saturday)

- Flexibility with working hours on occasion

- Previous retail management experience (+3 Years)

- Experience in similar bulk product retail management is preferred

- A strong work ethic, with a can-do attitude!

- Ability to learn on the job in a fast-paced workplace

- Capability for an immediate start!
