We’re looking for enthusiastic and motivated Telefundraising Call Centre Representatives to join our team. No previous fundraising or call centre experience is required — we’ll provide full training and ongoing support.

What you’ll be doing

- Making outbound calls to members of the public on behalf of well-known charities and not-for-profit organisations

- Having friendly, engaging conversations with supporters and potential donors

- Raising awareness and encouraging people to support important causes

- Building confidence and communication skills through every conversation

- Working towards individual and team goals in a positive call-centre environment
