Reporting to the Global Chief People Officer, the HR Business Partner, ANZ plays a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience and strengthening organisational capability. Working closely with senior leaders, managers and franchise partners, this position provides trusted advice, drives key people initiatives and ensures people strategies align with commercial objectives.
This broad and influential role combines strategic business partnering with operational excellence.

The successful candidate will lead workforce planning initiatives, guide employee and industrial relations matters, strengthen leadership capability,



oversee core people programs and champion continuous improvement across the employee lifecycle. They will also contribute to culture and engagement initiatives, workforce analytics, policy development and organisational change projects that support sustainable growth.

The ideal candidate brings significant HR experience within a fast-paced, multi-site or franchise environment, together with deep expertise in employee relations, performance management and employment legislation. They are recognised for their ability to build trusted relationships, influence stakeholders, navigate complexity and translate people strategies into practical outcomes.
