About the role

Essential Power Systems (EPS) is looking for a motivated 2nd or 3rd Year Electrotechnology Electrician Apprentice to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for an apprentice wanting to gain hands-on experience across industrial electrical, generators and power generation, rather than doing the same work every day.

Key responsibilities

- Electrical installation, maintenance and fault finding

- Generator servicing, installation and commissioning

- Switchboards, ATS and temporary power systems

- Industrial and commercial electrical work

- Working both in our Cardiff workshop and on client sites

- Assisting qualified electricians and technicians on larger projects

About you

- Currently completing a Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician

- 2nd or 3rd year apprentice





- Current driver's licence

- White Card

- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

- Reliable, practical and able to work as part of a team

- Interest in industrial electrical and power generation

- Willingness to travel and work away occasionally when required
