A commercial property business is looking for an ambitious Sales & Leasing professional to join their team. This role could suit an experienced Residential Sales Agent looking to transition into Commercial Sales & Leasing, with the support, mentoring and opportunity to build a long-term career in the commercial property sector.

The Opportunity

You’ll work across a diverse portfolio of office, industrial and retail property, with a strong focus across Perth’s southern corridor.

Rather than starting from scratch, you’ll have the opportunity to leverage your existing sales skills, client relationships and business development ability while developing your commercial property expertise.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Driving commercial sales and leasing campaigns
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Prospecting and winning new business
- Growing your own pipeline and market presence
- Working across a diverse office, industrial and retail portfolio
- Developing opportunities across Fremantle, Canning Vale, Booragoon, Mount Pleasant and surrounding areas
- Building your knowledge and profile within the commercial property market

What We're Looking For

We’re open to experienced Commercial S&L; professionals as well as high-performing Residential Sales Agents who are ready to make the move into commercial.

Ideally, you’ll have:





- Proven experience in residential or commercial property sales
- A strong track record of winning and retaining clients
- Confidence prospecting and generating recent business
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Current WA Sales Representative registration
- A genuine interest in developing a career in commercial property
- A motivated, entrepreneurial approach and strong work ethic
- Commercial property experience is advantageous, but not essential for the right residential sales candidate
