Our client is a well-established landscape services provider delivering comprehensive hardscape and softscape solutions across Sydney Metro and regional NSW. They work with Australia’s leading construction companies and Tier 1 organisations, providing end-to-end landscape construction, grounds maintenance and horticultural services to government, corporate and commercial clients.

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Landscape Foreperson to lead landscape construction teams across a range of commercial, government and construction projects.
This is a permanent opportunity for a hands-on leader who can coordinate site activities, manage teams and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead landscape construction projects from planning through to completion
- Supervise and coordinate landscape crews, subcontractors and site activities
- Oversee hardscape, softscape, grounds maintenance and horticultural works
- Coordinate daily workflows, resources, materials and site requirements
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and to required quality standards
- Maintain strong safety standards and ensure site compliance
- Liaise with clients, builders, contractors and project stakeholders
- Work across Sydney Metro and regional NSW sites as required





Skills & Experience

- Proven experience as a Landscape Foreperson, Foreman or Site Supervisor
- Strong background in landscape construction, including hardscape and softscape works
- Experience leading teams and coordinating multiple site activities
- Strong understanding of construction processes, quality and safety requirements
- Experience delivering projects for commercial, government or construction sector clients
- Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel across Sydney Metro and regional NSW

Qualifications & Licences

- Formal qualification in Landscape Construction, Horticulture or a related trade is highly regarded
- Site Supervisor, Foreman or equivalent industry certification is advantageous
- White Card
- Current driver's licence
