Leasing Manager

A growing national property advisory and management business is seeking a motivated Leasing Consultant / Leasing Manager to support its expanding property management portfolio across Melbourne's western and north-western growth corridors, including Melton, Sunbury and Werribee.

This privately owned firm provides strategic property advice, portfolio management and transactional support to a select client base, combining industry expertise with structured systems and strong operational support.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking someone who enjoys the fast-paced nature of leasing and delivering excellent service to both tenants and landlords.

The Role

This role will see you managing the leasing process from enquiry through to tenant move-in, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for prospective tenants and property owners.

Key responsibilities include:

- Conducting property inspections (onsite and virtual)

- Managing tenant enquiries across phone, email and online platforms

- Coordinating and processing rental applications with support from virtual assistants





- Launching and maintaining property listings and advertising

- Completing entry and exit condition reports

- Assisting with occasional routine inspections and property access when required

About You

We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive and enjoys working with people.

Applicants must have valid Australian work rights to be considered for this position.

You will ideally have:

- Experience in leasing, property management, sales support, or strong customer service with an interest in real estate

- A current Agent's Representative Certificate (or willingness to obtain)

- A reliable car and current driver's licence

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Strong organisation and attention to detail

- Must be able to work Saturday's (not every Saturday)
