About the role

Hairessence is an award-winning luxury hair salon based in Roseville, specialising in bespoke colour, blonding, grey blending and hair health. We're looking for two passionate hair professionals to join our team: a Senior Hairdresser and a 2nd or 3rd Year Hairdressing Apprentice.

Key responsibilities

Senior Hairdresser:

- Provide colouring, foiling, blonding, cutting and styling services
- Create beautiful results and look after clients
- Build and retain your own clientele
- Maintain professional and reliable service standards

2nd or 3rd Year Apprentice:

- Develop skills and confidence across colour, foiling, cutting, styling, consultations and client care
- Build your own clientele
- Take initiative and demonstrate reliability on the salon floor
- Work towards becoming a confident, capable senior stylist

About you

Senior Hairdresser:

- Experienced stylist confident across colouring, foiling, blonding, cutting and styling
- Professional, confident, reliable and passionate about your craft
- Existing clientele preferred but not essential for the right stylist motivated to grow

2nd or 3rd Year Apprentice:

- Solid foundation in hairdressing already established




- Eager to learn and take initiative
- Reliable and genuinely motivated to become an exceptional senior hairdresser
