McMahon Burnett Transport is a privately owned Western Australian Company located in Hazelmere, WA 6055.

McMahon Burnett Transport is looking to employee a full-time data entry person. This is an opportunity for the right person to be trained in all facets of an office environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Data entry and processing incoming/outgoing paperwork using the Freight2020 computer system – experience with this is preferred but not essential.

- Answering telephone calls and customer queries.

- Processing quotes/payments

- Consistent email management with as well as using other office programs (mainly word and excel)

- Working hours 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday.

Ideally the successful applicant should possess the following attributes: -

- Attention to detail and being a quick learner is a must.





- Experience with data entry and the transport industry is preferred but not essential

- Have the ability to work in a fast-paced setting and prioritize according to deadlines.

- Be able to work on your own as well as enjoy working as part of the team

- Be punctual and willing to learn.

- Organized with excellent time management skills and being able to take information in.

- Confident, friendly with a positive attitude towards work.

- Own Transport.

- You will be responsible for a broad range of operational activities that are crucial to the effective running of the business.

Nice to have:

- Experience in a similar role is highly desirable

- Experience in Transport and Logistics industry
