The Role





We are expanding our Merchandise Team and are seeking multiple experienced Product Managers to join us in newly created roles, working across categories in the outdoor lifestyle space

Based at our Head Office in Doncaster, this is an end-to-end role with accountability for the strategic direction, development, and performance of a multi-million-dollar product portfolio spanning 100+ products. You will play a critical role in driving growth, innovation, and long-term category leadership.

This role also provides leadership and support within the broader Merchandise team, contributing to best practice, strategic planning, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and lead the strategic direction and performance of a large high growth product portfolio.

- Drive long-term category vision and growth strategies aligned to market opportunities.

- Manage the full product lifecycle, delivering sustained year-on-year growth and newness.

- Identify and develop on-trend, creative, and consumer-led décor products and ranges.

- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Design, Sourcing, Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams.

- Partner with local and offshore suppliers to deliver high quality product, on time and on cost.

- Own category and portfolio budgets, ensuring commercial targets and margins are achieved.





- Identify, assess, and manage key vendors and suppliers

- Analyse market, consumer, and performance data to inform strategic decision-making.

- Clearly communicate product roadmaps, priorities, and lifecycle plans to senior stakeholders.

Skills & Experience

- Someone who loves Product with at least 4+ years’ experience in a Product Management or Product Development role.

- An agile thinker who can operate at pace and is constantly chasing newness.

- Comfortable operating in a demanding and fast paced environment with a high rate of new product development and requirement to manage projects concurrently.

- Strong and influential communicator both with internal stakeholders and in front of customer when pitching new ranges.

- Proven experience managing large, multi-million-dollar product portfolios.

- Strong leadership capability and ability to influence across functions.

- A strong understanding of the product development lifecycle from concept through to post-launch.

- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, margins, and forecasts.

- Demonstrated experience negotiating with vendors and managing overseas supplier relationships.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into strategic action.
