We are seeking an experienced Security Analyst to join our team on a contract engagement. The successful candidate will support security and compliance initiatives, with a strong focus on the Australian Government Information Security Manual (ISM) and IRAP readiness activities.
Key Responsibilities
The Security Analyst will be responsible for delivering:

- ISM Gap Assessments
- System Security Plans (SSPs)
- Security Risk Assessments
- Remediation Roadmaps
- IRAP Readiness Determinations
- Security accreditation and compliance artefacts

Skills/ Experience
To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Proven experience conducting ISM Gap Assessments and IRAP Readiness Engagements
- Experience developing:
- System Security Plans (SSPs)
- Security Risk Assessments
- Remediation Roadmaps
- Accreditation and security compliance artefacts

- Robust understanding of the Australian Government security framework, including the ISM and Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF)
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, documentation, and reporting skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deliverables within agreed timelines

Desirable





- Previous experience supporting IRAP assessments or working with IRAP assessors
- Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, SABSA, or equivalent
